Just read the most excellent notes from Lalla Ward's latest exhibition, Vanishing Act.
You may remember her as Dr Who's assistant.
This is her third textile exhibition.
Her notes are an entertaining read, and I loved her put-down to the anti-art quilt lady at the end!

Without Pins is the title of my Patchwork classes. I am a Quilter, textile teacher and general fabric collector - or does it come and find me? I like to play with colour and subvert pattern by the use of tone. I have always sewn and stitch something, somewhere, every day.
